If the transaction can't be found in the blockchain explorer, it is quite possible that the transaction has not been delivered. Please check with the sending side.
If the transaction can be found in the blockchain explorer, but the YUNBI account doesn't credit the corresponding assets, please create a work ticket to provide your deposit asset type, the amount and your transaction ID. (TxID) YUNBI customer service will help you confirm your deposit.
